18A.040 Compliance with federal standards.
The board and the secretary shall see that rules, regulations and practices meeting federal <br>merit system standards shall, where such standards apply as a prerequisite for federal <br>grants-in-aid, be in effect continuously, notwithstanding any other provision of KRS <br>18A.005 to 18A.200.
