30A.160 Delivery of books and records to successor. Upon the resignation, removal from office or expiration of the term of office of a clerk, <br>he shall immediately deliver to his successor, or such other person as the court orders, all <br>books, records, and other papers belonging to his office. For failure to do so he shall be <br>guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 2, 1978 <br>History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 16, effective January 2, 1978.
