35.270 Record of general or special court-martial. (1) Upon request of the accused or a reviewing authority, or the state judge advocate, the record of a general or special court-martial shall be transcribed and <br>authenticated by the president and the military judge. If the record cannot be <br>authenticated by either the president or the military judge by reason of his death, <br>disability or absence, it shall be signed by a member in lieu of him. If both the <br>president and the military judge are unavailable, the record shall be authenticated by <br>two (2) members. In all other courts-martial, records of trial shall contain such <br>matter and be authenticated in such manner as the Governor by regulation <br>prescribes. (2) A copy of the record of each general and special court-martial shall be given to the accused as soon as it is authenticated. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 108, sec. 7. -- Amended 1970 Ky.
