35.295 Record to be forwarded to reviewing authority. After every trial by court-martial, the record shall be forwarded to the convening <br>authority, as reviewing authority, and action thereon may be taken by the officer who <br>convened the court, an officer commanding for the time being, a successor in command, <br>or by the Governor. He shall approve the sentence or such part, amount or commuted <br>form of the sentence as he sees fit, and may suspend the execution of the sentence as <br>approved by him. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 42. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 58, effective July 1, 1954.
