36.245 Use of appropriations -- Restrictions.
No portion of moneys appropriated for the Unit of the Civil Air Patrol established <br>pursuant to KRS 36.230 shall be expended without the approval of the adjutant general <br>nor shall they be expended for the purchase of uniforms for any member of the Civil Air <br>Patrol.
