39E.170 State agency response.
Agencies of state government shall respond, within the confines of the Kentucky <br>Emergency Operations Plan and agency policies, to releases of hazardous substances. <br>Each response shall be consistent with the hazardous materials annex of the Kentucky <br>Emergency Operations Plan. If an on-scene response is required by the Kentucky <br>Emergency Operations Plan or by agency policy, state agencies shall cooperate with one <br>another and with local emergency response organizations and with the party or parties <br>responsible for that release.
