41.160 Payments to be made by Treasurer.
No money shall be paid out of the Treasury except by the check of the Treasurer upon a <br>state depository, or through the provisions of KRS 45A.655. Payments may be made <br>direct by the Treasurer to the persons entitled to receive them, by mail or otherwise, or <br>through the heads of the budget units which incurred the expenditures.
