42.024 Office of Material and Procurement Services.
The Office of Material and Procurement Services within the Office of the Controller shall <br>be responsible for the performance of the cabinet's purchasing functions under KRS <br>Chapters 45 and 45A, except those purchasing functions related to the acquisition of <br>interests in real property, and contractual and construction services which are related to <br>and required in connection with the construction, renovation, and repair of state-owned <br>buildings. The Office of Material and Procurement Services shall be responsible for the <br>control of all state-purchased personal property.
