56.580 Special buildings account created.
There is hereby created within the general fund a special buildings account from which <br>expenditures may be made in carrying out the provisions of KRS 56.440 to 56.580. <br>Unexpended balances in the buildings account shall carry forward from year to year <br>without lapse.
