61.385 Certain counties may reimburse officers and employees for use of personal motor vehicles on official business. Whenever the fiscal court of any county containing a city of the first class is authorized <br>by law to furnish a motor vehicle to any officer or employee of the county, the fiscal court <br>may permit such officer or employee to use his own motor vehicle in the discharge of his <br>official duties, and whenever any such officer or employee incurs any expense incident to <br>traveling in his own motor vehicle, while on official business, the amount allowed for <br>such expense may be fixed by the fiscal court. Effective: June 17, 1954 <br>History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1954.
