61.400 Suspension or removal of judge. If any judge of the Court of Justice fails to perform the duties of his office, the Chief <br>Justice shall notify the Judicial Retirement and Removal Commission of the judge's <br>failure, unless in his opinion the disability is temporary. Whenever the Judicial <br>Retirement and Removal Commission suspends or removes a judge of the Court of <br>Justice without pay, it shall send a certified copy of its order to the Finance and <br>Administration Cabinet and that cabinet shall carry out the order of the commission. History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 14, sec. 17.
