61.926 Special officers designated peace officers -- Authorization to carry a
concealed deadly weapon.
Special law enforcement officers duly commissioned under KRS 61.900 to 61.930 shall <br>be deemed "peace officers" within the meaning of KRS 527.020 and shall be authorized <br>to carry a concealed deadly weapon on or about their persons when necessary for their <br>protection in the discharge of their official duties.
