62.030 Oath of fiduciaries. Every person, before entering on the duty of executor, administrator, guardian, curator or <br>conservator of a person who is mentally disabled, or any other like trust or employment, <br>in lieu of all other oaths not expressly required by law, shall take in substance the <br>following oath or affirmation &quot;I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully <br>perform the duties of .... according to law.&quot; Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 46, effective July 1, 1982. -- Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 92, sec. 4, effective June 17, 1978. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts <br>ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 3756. Note: 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 49 would have amended this section effective July 1, 1982. However, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky.
