62.065 Individual not to be surety on more than one bond -- Nonapplicability of
limitation to corporate sureties.
Individual sureties on bonds required by law to be executed and given by an officer of any <br>city or county as provided in subsection (1) of KRS 62.060, shall not become surety on <br>more than one (1) bond of any such officer at the same time. The limitations on <br>individuals making bonds shall not apply to corporate sureties.
