64.368 Clerks and sheriffs in counties whose population drops below 70,000.
If a county clerk and sheriff are operating under the procedures applicable to counties <br>equaling or exceeding populations of seventy thousand (70,000), and after the most recent <br>federal decennial census the county population is less than seventy thousand (70,000), the <br>county clerk and sheriff shall continue to operate and shall continue to be treated in the <br>same manner as if the county's population equals or exceeds seventy thousand (70,000).
