64.743 Organization -- Compensation -- Staff. The commission may adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business, and elect <br>one of its members to serve as chairman. Members of the commission shall be <br>reimbursed for all necessary and actual expenses incurred in the conduct of the <br>commission's activities, and shall be paid a sum of fifty dollars (&#36;50) per diem while <br>engaged in the work of the commission. The commission may employ such staff as <br>deemed necessary to perform its duties. Effective: March 29, 1976 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 83, sec. 3, effective March 29, 1976.
