65.474 Extension of term of easement. From time to time, the local legislative body may accept an instrument whereby the term <br>of any scenic easement is extended in the same manner as is provided for the acceptance <br>of an instrument originally creating a scenic easement. Upon the acceptance thereof the <br>same shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk and copies filed with the property <br>valuation administrator and the local planning commission. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 384, sec. 136, effective June 17, 1978. -- Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 123, sec. 8.
