66.510 County public improvements finance board (Counties of 300,000 imposing
license fees).
A county which imposes license fees for revenue for purposes other than or in addition to <br>common schools pursuant to KRS 68.180 may, by resolution of the fiscal court, have <br>created in the county the body corporate and politic authorized by KRS 66.510 to 66.543. <br>That body shall be called the ".... County Public Improvements Finance Board" (hereafter <br>called board). The board shall have the powers and duties stated in KRS 66.510 to 66.543 <br>and all consistent powers granted by KRS 273.171 to corporations governed by KRS <br>273.161 to 273.390.
