67.250 Report of commissions -- Election of officers for new county.
The report of the commissions shall be entered on the records of each county <br>judge/executive. At the next general election to be held in the counties for the election of <br>county officers, officers for the new county shall be chosen. Said election shall be held <br>and conducted in all respects under the general election laws obtaining in this <br>Commonwealth at the time of the election. Members of the fiscal court for the new <br>county shall be elected, one (1) from each of the three (3) districts created by the <br>commissions, under the provisions of the law providing for the election of county <br>commissioners under the commission form of government for counties, or any <br>amendments thereto.
