67.465 Authority to convey to commission fee simple title.
For the purpose of providing county buildings for county purposes or to remodel or <br>improve same, the county of which the members of such commission are residents may <br>convey to the county buildings commission a fee simple title, with covenant of general <br>warranty, to a site now held or hereafter acquired by such county.
