67A.874 Authority is exclusive.
In undertaking the planning, design, institution, authorization and financing of wastewater <br>collection projects under KRS 67A.871 to 67A.894, urban-county governments shall be <br>vested with exclusive authority to plan, design, initiate, finance and carry out construction <br>of such projects solely according to the requirements and procedures of KRS 67A.871 to <br>67A.894, without the necessity of securing approvals, ratifications or other consents from <br>any other municipal corporation or the county encompassing any such government or in <br>which any such government is situated.
