67A.990 Penalties.
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, or falsifies, or permits to be <br>falsified, any record or records of the fund established pursuant to KRS 67A.370, in any <br>attempt to defraud the fund, shall be fined not less than $500 or imprisoned in the county <br>jail for not more than twelve (12) months, or both, and the fund shall have the right to <br>recover any payments made under false representations.
