71.030 Jailer to keep jail clean and warm.
The jailer shall keep the jail comfortably warm, and clean and free from nauseous odors, <br>and shall provide prisoners confined in the jail with a sufficiency of bedclothing to make <br>them comfortable. The bedclothing shall be paid for out of the county levy.
