71.110 Office of jailer consolidated with office of sheriff in county containing a

The offices of sheriff and jailer in counties containing a consolidated local government, a <br>city of the first class, or an urban-county government shall be consolidated, but the office <br>of sheriff shall be retained; and the sheriff hereafter in such counties shall perform the <br>duties of jailer.
