77.090 Air pollution control officer, assistants, deputies and other employees in
counties not containing first or second-class city.
(1) In all counties other than those provided for in KRS 77.085, the air pollution control
board of the air pollution control district may appoint an air pollution control <br>officer, and may provide for assistants, deputies, clerks, attaches and other persons <br>to be employed by the air pollution control officer, and the times at which they shall <br>be appointed.
(2) An air pollution control officer appointed pursuant to this section shall have the
qualifications set forth in KRS 77.085.
(3) Such air pollution control officer may be removed by the board, for cause, in the
manner provided for the removal of air pollution control officers in subsection (3) <br>of KRS 77.085.
