77.125 Appropriations by city and county. In order to provide money for carrying out the purposes of this chapter, the fiscal court of <br>a county within which the air pollution control district has been activated and the <br>legislative body of a city of the first or second class within such county, if there be any <br>such city, may annually appropriate funds to such district. If there be such city within the <br>county, the appropriation shall be in such proportion as may be agreed upon between the <br>city legislative body and the fiscal court. Such funds shall be deposited in the treasury of <br>the air pollution control district. Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 53, sec. 27, effective March 14, 1952.
