77.165 Right of entry and inspection powers of air pollution control officer, assistants and deputies. The air pollution control officer, his deputies and assistants, during reasonable hours, for <br>the purpose of enforcing or administering this chapter or of any order, regulation or rule <br>prescribed pursuant thereto, may enter every building, premises, or other place, except a <br>building designed for and used exclusively as a private residence and may stop, detain <br>and inspect any vehicles whether designed for and used on a public highway, rails, or in <br>any other manner. No person shall in any way deny, obstruct, or hamper such entrance, or <br>such stopping, detaining or inspection of such vehicle, or refuse to stop such a vehicle <br>upon the lawful order of the air pollution control officer, his deputy or assistant. Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 53, sec. 38, effective March 14, 1952.
