79.010 Intercity or intercounty compacts for purchasing and merit systems

Two (2) or more cities, or two (2) or more counties, or counties and cities together within <br>the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in order to promote greater economy, may enter into an <br>intercity or intercounty compact for the purposes of establishing a single purchasing unit <br>and the merit system.
