79.190 Construction, maintenance of street forming common boundary, contract

Any two (2) cities or a city and a county having any part of a public street as a common <br>boundary line may contract to share the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair and <br>maintenance of the street or sidewalk along the common boundary or any portion thereof.
