80.280 Resolution or ordinance of public body for aid to authority. The exercise by a public body of the power to aid a housing authority may be authorized <br>by resolution or ordinance of the legislative body of the public body adopted by a <br>majority of the members of the legislative body present at a meeting of the legislative <br>body, which resolution or ordinance may be adopted at the meeting at which it is <br>introduced. The resolution or ordinance shall take effect immediately and need not be laid <br>over or published or posted. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
