80.400 Public hearing with regard to creation or area of regional authority. The governing body of a county shall not adopt any resolution authorized by KRS 80.320, <br>80.340, 80.350 or 80.360 with regard to a regional housing authority unless a public <br>hearing has first been held. The clerk of that county shall give notice of the public hearing <br>by publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. Upon the date fixed for such public hearing <br>an opportunity to be heard shall be granted to all residents of that county and to all other <br>interested persons. History: Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 239, sec. 33. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 70, sec. 10.
