91.494 Affidavits filed with circuit clerk -- Effect. Affidavits of publication of notice and of posting, mailing, or other acts required by the <br>provisions of KRS 91.484 to 91.527 shall be filed in the office of the circuit clerk prior to <br>the trial, and when so filed shall constitute part of the evidentiary document in the <br>enforcement suit. The affidavits shall be prima facie evidence of the performance of acts <br>therein described, and may be so used in the trial of the suit unless challenged by verified <br>answer duly filed in the suit. History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 47, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1980.
