92.320 Licenses for horse-drawn vehicles, business authorized by. Any person having a license to operate a horse-drawn vehicle in the city in which he <br>resides or has his principal place of business may also, for the purpose of doing business <br>incidental to his principal business, operate the vehicle upon the streets of any other city <br>without paying any additional license fee to such other city, but such license shall not <br>authorize him to establish his principal place of business or conduct his principal business <br>in any city except the one (1) that granted his license.
