95.570 Funeral benefit. When an active or retired member of the police or fire department, in cities of the third <br>class, dies under the conditions set out in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of KRS 95.550, <br>the board of trustees of the pension fund may pay from the fund to the widow, widower or <br>family a sum of not more than two hundred dollars (&#36;200) for funeral expenses.
