99.420 Eminent domain. Whenever in the opinion of the agency, land or other property, right of way or easement <br>over or through any property is needed by the agency in order to accomplish the purposes <br>of KRS 99.330 to 99.510, it may by resolution authorize the purchase or condemnation in <br>the name of the agency, of the land or other property, or right of way or easement <br>necessary for the purpose, and may proceed to condemn and acquire the property pursuant <br>to the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
