99.635 Powers vested in commissioners -- Removal procedure. The powers of the agency shall be vested in the commissioners appointed as members of <br>the board of commissioners. For inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconduct in office, a <br>commissioner may be removed by the governing board of the city, but only after he shall <br>have been given a copy of the charges made against him at least ten (10) days prior to a <br>public hearing thereon, if such a public hearing is requested within two (2) days after <br>notice of charges. Effective: June 21, 1974 <br>History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 131, sec. 6.
