100.151 Oath of office. All members of a planning commission shall, before entering upon their duties, qualify by <br>taking the oath of office prescribed by Section 228 of the Constitution of the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky before any judge, county judge/executive, notary public, <br>clerk of a court, or justice of the peace within the district or county in which he resides. Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 184, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1980. -- Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 14.
