104.570 Office and records of district. The secretary shall designate in the certificate the place where the office of the district <br>shall be located, which shall be within the corporate limits of the district if practicable. <br>The place may be changed by the board of directors of the district from time to time, by <br>the certification of the change to the county clerk of each county in which the district is <br>located and the notation thereof on the records of the clerk. The records of the district <br>shall have &quot;Flood Control District Records&quot; printed, stamped, or written thereon. They <br>shall be kept at the office and shall be open to inspection as are the records of the fiscal <br>court. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky.
