104.620 Secretary -- Duties -- Attestation of records. The secretary shall be the custodian of the seal, minutes and records of the district, and <br>shall assist the board of directors in such particulars as the board directs in the <br>performance of its duties. The secretary shall attest, under the seal of the district, such <br>records as are required of him by the provisions of KRS 104.450 to 104.680, or by any <br>person ordering the same, and shall receive for such transcription the same compensation <br>allowed county clerks for copying records. Any portion of the record so certified and <br>attested shall prima facie import verity. History: Created 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 42, sec. 18.
