106.200 Procedure for sale, conveyance, rental, or lease of city-owned waterworks system. No city of the second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth class which owns a waterworks system <br>shall sell, convey, rent, or lease the system without the assent of a majority of the <br>legislative body for the city or of those voting at an election held for that purpose after <br>notice of the election has been published pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
