116.047 Forgery, alteration, destruction or failure to return completed registration form. Any individual who forges or fraudulently alters a form completed by the prospective <br>registrant, who willfully destroys a completed registration form or who willfully fails to <br>return a completed form to the county clerk for official registration by the county clerk <br>shall be subject to the penalties described for Class D felonies. Effective: June 19, 1976 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 30, sec. 2, effective June 19, 1976.
