119.295 Applicability of penalties for regular elections to primaries and to elections for United States Senator. (1) Any act or deed denounced by the statutes concerning regular elections or concerning elections generally shall be an offense when committed in connection <br>with a primary election held under KRS Chapter 118, and shall be punished in the <br>same manner, and all the penalties for violation of the regular election laws shall <br>apply with equal force to all similar violations of the provisions of the statutes <br>relating to primary elections.
