The Department of Revenue shall not enter into any contract with the Department of <br>Corrections, the United States Government, any local government, or any private <br>contractor operating a correctional institution on behalf of the Department of Corrections, <br>the United States Government, or any local government for the use or employment of <br>prisoners in any capacity that allows prisoners access to taxpayer information, including, <br>but not limited to, tax returns, informational reporting returns, social security numbers, <br>telephone numbers, or addresses. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 127, effective June 20, 2005. -- Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 383, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1998.
