138.7291 Transportation Cabinet authorized to order agreements relating to collection of motor fuel taxes. The Transportation Cabinet may enter into motor fuels tax agreements on behalf of the <br>Commonwealth with authorized representatives of other jurisdictions providing for the <br>collection, refund, or audit of interstate motor fuel taxes.
