The Energy and Environment Cabinet may establish forest reserves in places where the <br>land is suitable for the growth of timber and for the propagation of wild animal life. Such leases shall be for a term of not less than twenty (20) nor <br>more than one hundred (100) years, and the rental shall not exceed the amount of state, <br>county and school taxes on the property.
