150.605 Contract for commissioning painting to be used as state waterfowl stamp -- Use of revenue from sale of painting. The Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission by regulation shall enter into a contract <br>with a nonprofit organization to commission an artist for a waterfowl painting to be used <br>as the state waterfowl stamp. The revenue from the sale of the painting shall be given to <br>the nonprofit organization for the development of waterfowl propagation projects which <br>specifically provide waterfowl for the Mississippi flyway, after obtaining evidence that <br>the projects are acceptable to the appropriate governmental agencies having jurisdiction <br>over the project areas.
