Page 1 of 1 151B.086 Appeal to board of layoff by continuing status employee. (1) A continuing status employee may appeal his layoff on the grounds that the procedures in KRS 151B.085 were not followed. (2) An appeal filed by a continuing status employee shall be filed with the board within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the layoff. The board shall hear any appeal <br>filed by a continuing status employee within sixty (60) days of the filing date, and it <br>shall render a final order within ninety (90) days of the filing date.
