153.320 Kentucky Historical Events Celebration Commission -- Members -- Expiration of commission. (1) There is hereby created in the executive branch of the state government a Kentucky Historical Events Celebration Commission. The commission shall consist of forty <br>(40) members appointed by the Governor, at least two (2) of whom shall be selected <br>from the Department of Public Information. The twelve (12) chairmen of the public <br>information matching funds regions shall also be appointed to the commission. (2) The commission and the terms of members appointed to the commission shall expire December 1, 1976.
