154.01-710 Duties of board. Subject to the provisions of KRS 154.01-700 to 154.01-745, and KRS Chapter 13A, it <br>shall be the duty of the board to: <br>(1) Promulgate administrative regulations to establish a selection process for: (a) Volunteers which shall include, but not be limited to, the testing of applicants for emotional stability by a mental health professional licensed in Kentucky <br>for independent practice; (b) Projects to be undertaken and completed by volunteers and a method of applying for these projects. The specific purpose or goal of the corps outlined <br>in KRS 154.01-720 shall be taken into consideration when applying this <br>methodology. (2) Initial administrative regulations promulgated under the provisions of KRS 154.01-700 to 154.01-745 shall be filed with the Legislative Research Commission within <br>ninety (90) days of July 14, 1992.
