156.465 Reward for adoption of books forbidden. No person shall secure or attempt to secure the adoption of any school textbook in any <br>school district in this state, by rewarding or promising to reward, directly or indirectly, <br>any person in any public school district in the state. No person shall offer or give any <br>emolument to any person in any school district in this state for any vote or promise to <br>vote, or the use of his influence, for any school textbook to be used in this state.
